Ex-Chief U.N. Weapons Inspector slams Iraq war as 'tragedy'

Wed Mar 19, 9:33 PM ET LONDON (AFP) - Hans Blix, the former chief UN weapons inspector, slammed the Iraq war as a "tragedy" and blamed it on leaders ignoring the facts, in a comment piece published Thursday. ADVERTISEMENT Writing in The Guardian on the five-year anniversary of the US-led invasion of Iraq, Blix, who clashed with Washington in the run-up to the Iraq war, described the war as "a tragedy -- for Iraq, for the US, for the UN, for truth and human dignity." In the sub-headline to the comment piece, Blix, who headed the UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission, wrote that responsibility for the war "must lie with those who ignored the facts five years ago". At the time of the Iraq war, Blix accused the US and Britain of exaggerating the threat from Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein's alleged "weapons of mass destruction" -- traces of which have never been found. In his comment piece, he said the war was a "setback in the world's efforts to develop legal restraints on the use of armed force between states" and added that in 2003, "Iraq was not a real or imminent threat to anybody." Blix wrote that had coalition troops not deposed Saddam, "he would, in all likelihood, have become another Kadhafi or Castro; an oppressor of his own people but no longer a threat to the world." He said that one positive sign to emerge from the conflict was that "it may be that the spectacular failure of ensuring disarmament by force, and of introducing democracy by occupation, will work in favour of a greater use of diplomacy and 'soft power'."

Apart from the $1.0 trillion worth of US currency held by the Chinese in their foreign exchange reserves, and lesser amounts held as official reserves with other key central banks, the Ambassador’s $4.5 trillion are the ‘only’ hard dollars cash available. Because of the impact of our last report [3rd December 2006], and in the context of the horrifying developments reported below, and other horrendous developments not reported here, the Chinese cannot even change these dollars into other convertible currencies on the scale that they need to do, if they are not to lose almost the entire value of them, when the US dollar collapses, as is about to happen. WHAT THESE RECKLESS CRIMINALS HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN DOING: Here is what has taken place in recent days. Using the money stolen via the deceitful, fraudulent Treasury ‘data burst’ of 17th November 2006 as explained in our posting on this website on 3rd December [see ARCHIVE], plus funds that the official US criminal operatives have been siphoning offshore through their fraudulent trading operations, the criminal operatives (who are named below) ALSO borrowed against CREDIT DERIVATIVE INSTRUMENTS, creating a pool of funds with which to buy US dollars and sell the EU Collective Currency, with a view to taking the profits (usually ranging between 10% and 15%) between the values. The resulting profit pool was being run by Deutsche Bank in Berlin, Geneva and Frankfurt and was being used to drive down the overall valuations of UBS, Credit Suisse and key French banks – the objective being to create such profound economic and financial problems for these banks that their valuations would be reduced to such a marked extent that Deutsche Bank, in particular, could then buy them up cheaply. This confirms our own suspicions, which have become clearer in recent months, that the Swiss institutions, have understood the geopolitical objectives of Deutsche Bank, which is allegedly the primary institution used by Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD), Dachau, in craven pursuit of its Nazi Continuum global hegemony strategy. The Pan-German Nazis appear to have become rather disillusioned with the Swiss instinct for eternal independence, and the Swiss institutions have become aware of long-range German strategic intentions with respect to Switzerland’s prized and ancient political independence. Bush Sr. wept for himself and on behalf of the DVD, of which he is allegedly the head, before the television cameras, one of the key investigators working with the Ambassador brought in the CIA (under USA Patriot Act etc legislation) to undertake certain measures to stave off the bankruptcy of Wachovia Bank and Bank of America (which is in fact the CIA’s main banking arm). At midnight European time on 5th-6th December, the Bank of Spain and Santander Bank agreed to get their representatives together in Geneva, with representatives of the Federal Reserve and, it is believed, the Treasury. The purpose of the gathering was to be to ‘work out’ means of enabling the Federal Reserve, the Treasury and key US institutions to ‘stay solvent’. On 6th December, the Boards of Directors of Wachovia Bank and Bank of America met to plan a merger, but essentially only agreed to agree to come to a decision. They may have no time even to prepare the relevant documents before their respective roofs fall in. Tiles were already crashing to the ground all day on the 6th. OFF-BALANCE SHEET FUNDS MATERIALISE AT SANTANDER BANK Meanwhile, ALL OF A SUDDEN, funds appeared from OFF THE BOOKS (please make a note of this, in view of what follows) at Santander Bank, which were available to collateralise a transaction through Union Bank of Switzerland and Credit Suisse ostensibly to facilitate payment of the $4.5 trillion to Ambassador Leo Wanta, via a syndication of large banks consisting of Bank of America, Wachovia Bank and J. P. Morgan, to be arranged by Banco de Espana (Central Bank of Spain). This crazy bank syndication is being put together ‘as we speak’. According to European bankers who are in a position to gauge the situation accurately, the reverberations of the NAKED SHORT catastrophe will hit the United States this Friday, 8th December 2006. The syndication arrangement is being put together in extremis and under duress by the conspirators, in order to save their backsides and all other parts of their anatomies. They choose to overlook the fact that the Ambassador/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, are the only parties on the stage owning legitimate money. All other parties are dealing in illegitimate fiat ‘funny’ money which is derivatives-based, collateralised, and hypothecated out to infinity. DERIVATIVES OVERHANG ESTIMATED AT $1,140 TRILLION While it is complacently alleged by some that the volume of derivatives contracts outstanding is worth anything from $370 trillion (the volume putatively owned before the NAKED SHORT fiasco by George Bush Sr. (DVD)), and other estimates put the derivatives overhang at around $770 trillion, the actual volume of the overhang is estimated by the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell as being of the order of $1,140 trillion. However since these transactions are untaxed and handled off-balance sheet, there is no way to prove the aggregate amount outstanding. The entire derivatives ‘Ponzi Game’ pyramid is now at risk, and in any case, only those in at the base of the pyramid have a melting icicle’s chance in hell of ever getting paid. And hell is where we are all now headed, thanks to the rampant, uncontrolled criminality of the perpetrators listed above, their criminalised intermediary associates, and the corrupt banks which thought the music would never stop. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DEAL? IT'S A TRAP AND ANOTHER SCAM, NATURLICH: SO IT AIN’T GONNA GO NO PLACE Let us briefly review what is ‘wrong’ with the ‘deal’ that the perpetrators intend to ‘impose’ upon the Ambassador as a ‘fait accompli’: NUMBER ONE: This is a scam built to implode BECAUSE IT STARTS OFF WITH OFF-BALANCE SHEET FUNDS AND VIOLATES ‘SOURCES OF FUNDS’, SO THAT IT WILL BE STOPPED AT THE FIRST TRANCHE. The ‘source of funds’ is illegitimate. NUMBER TWO: When the first tranche is duly stopped, the criminal operatives will say: ‘OH, GEE, WE PAID YOU. WHAT A PITY YOU DON’T HAVE ANY MONEY’. That is the intention, and the purpose of this posting is to make it quite clear to the international financial community that the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., will have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS DESPERATE SCAM WHATSOEVER. If asked, Mr Cottrell will advise the conspirators where to put it. Bush Jr. demanded that certain foreign Ambassadors to the United States be recalled to their home capitals. The foreign powers concerned responded, in unison, that they would not adhere to this demand. In other words, the President was given a ‘flea in his ear’. The Ambassadors that George Bush II wanted out of the way were – SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE – the Ambassadors who have been talking to Leo Wanta. CHINESE STAND TO LOSE VALUE OF THEIR REAL $1.0 TRILLION Having been notified of this latest Bush II Administration payment scam, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, has asked to speak directly to the relevant Chinese official parties. The Chinese now face the severe risk that the value of their $1.0 trillion, which they cannot dump anywhere in any quantity, will be reduced to a paltry amount in the near future, as a direct consequence of this rolling criminal financial crisis. Mr Paulson, who has signature authority over the REAL HARD CASH $4.5 TRILLION THAT IS OWNED, TAGGED AND EARMARKED FOR Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and his AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, is continuing, like an automaton, to drive the dollar downwards, hoping to stitch up some kind of deal next week in Beijing. The Ambassador and his Treasurer, Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., await the Chinese parties’ response. If they are to hang on to the value of their $1.0 trillion, they will need to avoid the familiar temptation to countenance any delay. Otherwise they, like the rest of us, will be crucified. The approach to the Chinese parties was made on 4th December, when AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. submitted a formal request for assistance to the People’s Republic of China, in the mutual interest, so as to ensure that both the United States and China do not suffer the same fate in the immediate future. The formal request contains the following statement, which the Editor of International Currency Review is authorised to cite verbatim: "Our efforts since June 2006 to secure this economic receipt via the Department of the US Treasury have proven to have been futile". SCAMS AIMED AT NON-PERFORMANCE OF WANTA SETTLEMENT – SO THAT GOLDMAN SACHS (ISRAEL) KEEPS THE $4.5 TRILLION This latest scam, together will all the earlier scams, and the naked short operation, are and have been associated with the perpetrators’ continuing intention not to pay the Ambassador the $4.5 trillion formally agreed on 12th December 2005, and signed off by President Bush Jr. himself, by the US Treasury Secretary du jour, by the Federal Reserve Chairman du jour, by Supreme Court Justices, and by leading US legislators. The signatures of all these people have turned out to be WORTHLESS AND FRAUDULENT, as all are in breach of the formal agreement in question. By reneging on their formal, signed undertakings, these officials and legislators have jointly and severally destroyed the ‘Full Faith and Credit of the United States’. No-one can trust anything that US Treasury Secretary Paulson says or does any more, not least since he presides over the most outrageous and culpable conflict of interest in world financial history. As the former CEO of Goldman Sachs, he holds signatory power over the Ambassador’s tagged and earmarked $4.5 trillion, and has chosen to enable his former institution to hold on to the money. This is a criminal act, and implies that the State of Israel, along with Germany (because of the reckless agenda of DVD, Dachau), are the United States’ real, unrecognised enemies. Perhaps this crisis will force Americans to understand this reality at last, and to take the necessary steps to bring the de facto enmity of these two powers to a peremptory end. The Editor, of International Currency Review, who has always been favourably disposed towards Israel, points out that if the American people get to understand the above reality, there will be a violent anti-Jewish backlash – something that Goldman Sachs appears to have overlooked in its greed to hold on to the Ambassador’s real $4.5 trillion. PREVARICATION BY CHINA, OR FAILURE BY PAULSON TO ORDER THE $4.5 TRILLION TO BE CREDITED TO WANTA, WILL BE FATAL Most informed observers ‘on the inside track’, tell us that if, for instance, the Chinese stall in their response to the Ambassador until next week - or Paulson does not release the $4.5 trillion which he and Goldman Sachs have effectively stolen, by next week - there will be an almighty Day of Reckoning beginning on the foreign exchange markets, triggering the dreaded global derivatives overhang implosion, and rocking stock markets all around the world. It is never possible to be sure when such developments happen, but what is usually the case is that one or a combination of events triggers a systemic cascading effect, which is what is now expected. The fact that the ‘mainstream’ media are not covering this millennial crisis is not interesting. Whether financial journalists other than poor Bill Plante, of CBS News (see 3rd December posting) are being intimidated by the Bush Administration’s thugs, is not known. What the events since June 2006 demonstrate in our context is that the ‘mainstream’ media is completely irrelevant. It has missed the boat and, like the rest of us, will be left to pick up the pieces. Its editors will want to know why this crisis has been ignored by their brainwashed writers, and will get no coherent answers. BANKERS FLY TO CORRUPT SPANISH LAST CHANCE SALOON It is understood that representatives from Wachovia Bank, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase, are flying urgently to Spain, to stitch this latest scam together with the Bank of Spain and Santander Bank. This posting puts all parties on notice that the scam will not ‘fly’ and that the Ambassador and his Treasurer will not be parties to it. It cannot be imposed upon them without their consent, and this consent is withheld. SUBSIDIARY AND PARALLEL POINTS OF RELEVANCE: - US intelligence operatives admitted on 6th December that the National Security Agency (NSA) has been systematically attacking and shutting down the computers of Ambassador Leo Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.. In fact the Editor is aware that the NSA has been attacking Mr Cottrell’s computers non-stop since April, this year, if not much earlier. The way this is done, and the use of NSA computer-targeting ops to steal business, are described in the recently published double issue of International Currency Review, which has exposed a great deal of the illegal activity which is now on its last legs. It’s too bad these criminals didn’t clean up their act sooner. - Our posting dated 3rd December, which stated the facts then known accurately, is directly responsible for triggering these latest ramifications. It must therefore be sharply pointed out that the chaos which is now ensuing or imminent is directly and exclusively the consequence of criminal financial operations conducted inter alia by the perpetrators named above. We are merely observers and reporters. - Tony Blair, the British Prime Minister, is visiting Washington ‘as we speak’. He is reported to be aware of the situation, but is not equipped to have a clue what to do about it. This was a grave error on their part. - US television viewers were denied, on 5th-6th December, grim scenes that were broadcast on Britain’s ITN Seven O’clock News on 5th December. Specifically, Jon Snow, the anchor, appeared in Baghdad, where he was televised under the ‘crossed swords monument’, among a very large column of stationery US military vehicles. American troops were pictured lolling against their vehicles, chewing gum and picking at their teeth with toothpicks. Jon Snow explained that the column could not risk travelling along the airport road in the daytime, and so was sitting there immobilised until very late at night, when travelling to the airport would be safer. - If this is the situation now, in two weeks’ time, the armoured vehicles and troops will ironically be stuck, immobilised beneath Saddam’s ‘crossed swords monument’, where of course they are a sitting target. It follows that the various documents being generated in Washington to yank the President off the hook on which he has impaled himself, and to salvage this catastrophic situation, are a complete waste of time. - The catastrophic failure of American power in Iraq coincides with the catastrophic failure of the Bush II Administration to order payment of Leo Wanta’s REAL HARD CASH $4.5 trillion , which will be used to provide the basis for a REFUNDING of the United States’ financially decadent (because debt-funded) economy. The awful combination of these two extreme crises, and their coincidence, spells the end of US military power and threatens to inflict a massive and very rapid decline in the standard of living of most Americans – which could have revolutionary consequences. - The attack on Iraq was a bank raid. Among its key objectives were (a) to seize control of the Central Bank of Iraq and to seize its gold. We were informed two years or so ago that about 100 special operatives involved in this operation were killed when they were deliberately left ‘in harm’s way’ by the US military; but we now understand that this figure was much higher. These people were sacrificed so that they would not survive to report what happened. Knowledge of this assault, giga-theft and atrocity exists because the events were recorded by several Iraqi sources. The second objective (b) was to obtain control over Saddam Hussein’s ‘personal’ bank, Rafidain Bank, so that the General Management could be changed and then instructed to grant access to what we were told amounted to $17 trillion of assets, but which we now understand is a far higher figure. These assets are reported to be held at the London branch, and may have been frozen or stolen by the British authorities, who appear to be heavily involved in these scams. - The Rest of the World, led by China, will go down the toilet with the United States as a direct consequence of these criminals’ behaviour. The EU Collective Currency will be unable to handle the pressure, and will itself implode, after an appreciation against the degraded US dollar which will blow the European Union Collective apart. Introductory Overview of Chemtrails (written May 1999) By Ken Adachi For over a year, the military has been spraying the skies throughout America, Canada, and now parts of Europe (including Britain, France, and the Netherlands) with substances that were initially referred to as "mystery contrails" , but later were named "chemtrails" by investigative reporter and author William Thomas. When questioned, military and government officials either deny any knowledge of these sprayings outright or they offer unbelievable and ludicrous explanations that only a moron could believe. Joe Burton has been aggressively investigating and reporting on this story from early on. Apparently he had been too aggressive, because his house had been targeted for direct spraying by low flying, unmarked aircraft. In a story posted Feb. 15, 1999, Joe reports the physical symptoms that his family and his pet have been experiencing from the sprayings. Joe believes that many of these military tankers responsible for the sprayings are remote controlled aircraft, but Al Cuppet (6 years with the US Joint Chiefs of Staff) has told radio talk show host Jeff Rense during interviews on June 1, 1999, May 16, 1999, and May 7, 1999 felt that many of these tanker planes were more likely being flown by foreign pilots, possibly Chinese or Russian. Some Background: Symptoms from Chemtrail sprayings A One, Two Punch? On February 20, 1999, strange "Contrails" were reported over Long Island, NY by 'concerned citizens' who also took photos. These photos reveal the characteristic "X" mark seen in almost all cases of chemtrails. Earlier this year, reports by Ken Welch have been posted on various sites on the Internet. His reports are titled Contrail Spraying of Cities is Real Part 1 , Part II, and Part III These articles chronicle Ken's apprehension and dismay at the discovery that the United States government was brazenly spraying the skies of southern Texas on April 9, 1999 with Chemtrails. Ken has also posted E-mails at his web site that were sent to him in May '99 of reports of sprayings over South Carolina and Indiana . In June, a report from Florida said that sprayings had been going on for weeks over the Ft Lauderdale and Jacksonville areas, including military bases. It is being reported that people with average or below average immunity are experiencing pneumonia-like respiratory symptoms, while people with stronger immunity are only experiencing slight discomfort for a day or two or no symptoms at all. Some people have gotten very ill and the symptoms seem to keep returning after a short period of improvement. It's possible that some of these sprayings might contain special bioengineered pathogens designed to affect only certain racial groups. Radio talk show host Jeff Rense has offered the idea that these sprayed pathogens might be part of a Binary weapon system. In other words, a second substance might be required (aerial spraying or substances added to the water supply for example) to bring out the virulent phase of the pathogen, but of course this is only speculation. Rick Malinowski's long and detailed article also suggest the notion of a 2 or 3 part piggy back element to the chemtrail sprayings. My own suspicions are that these sprayings are intended for multiple purposes including low level population reduction (see NWO Population Control), mind control and/or tracking, and to foster weakness and apathy among the general population in anticipation of the New World Order takeover agenda which will likely include the imposition of martial law (a sickly population is a lot more controllable and compliant than a healthy, vigorous one). William Thomas was the first reporter to attract national attention to the chemtrails issue. He has been interviewed many times on the Art Bell Radio show to discuss the chemtrails story and has many excellent articles and Photos posted at his own web site as well as other locations including-Jeff Rense's Sightings on the Radio . Thomas has concluded that these sprayings are genocidal in nature and are intended to reduce or weaken the general population. In a November '99 interview with Art Bell, Thomas also voiced the idea that there might be a mind control element to the most recent spraying, since many people are reporting mental confusion and depression following recent sprayings. Thomas has reminded radio listeners that the government has had a long history of exposing the public to biological pathogens without their knowledge or consent. Thomas has also reported that spraying samples have been analyzed and have revealed that many deadly and toxic pathogens have been found including Mycoplasma Fermetens Incognitus (the SAME bioengineered pathogen that Dr Garth Nicholson had discovered in about 45% of the veterans who came down with Gulf War Illness). Thomas found that Mycoplasma, however, was only ONE pathogen among a group of highly toxic biohazard substances analyzed from the chemtrail residues. Why? The evidence is obvious and plentiful that these sprayings have been taking place almost daily since the Fall of '98 and many people have gotten sick and undoubtedly some have died from the effects of these pathogen/toxin sprayings, but the $64 question is WHY ? Some writers have wistfully speculated that the government is trying to vaccinate us against a coming plague of bio terrorist origin. Most people would like to believe that, but the evidence is too strong in the opposite direction. Of course, sprayings might have different intentions for different sectors of the population: Possible population reduction for the weak and immune compromised; possible vaccine protection intended for certain ethnic groups; and possible ID tracking. It's hard to say. Only insiders know the real story, or more probably know some parts of the Real Story. What most Americans don't realize is that the upper echelons of the United States government is no longer a government "of , by, and for " the people (See the New World Order). The United States government-as with all other major governments of the world-is under the total domination and control of the Illuminati (architects of the so-called New World Order). The Illuminati's plan to reduce the global population by 4 billion people before the year 2050 was laid out in the Global 2000 report assembled by the Carter administration. in the late 70's. It should be obvious-that in order to REDUCE the world's population from its present size of six billion down to 2 billion (even over a fifty year span) would require that the majority of people now living would have to be exterminated in some way. The amazing thing about the Illuminati is that they place all their ghastly plans right out in the open for everyone to see, if people would only look and read what they are saying. Debunkers: A genocidal operation of this size and scope would require the Illuminati controllers to promote contravening propaganda in the opposite direction in order to limit or defuse political agitation, possible retaliatory action, and to quell the concerns of the average American who might stumble upon the chemtrail story. It's Standard Operating Procedure for the Illuminati. For example, when Senate committee hearings took place a few years ago (early '90's) on re-examining the Kennedy assassination, just coincidentally an author (and CIA asset) by the name of Gerald Posner, who had recently published a book titled "Case Closed", suddenly appears on the national scene. In his book, Posner claimed unequivocally that Oswald was the lone assassin, that there was no conspiracy involving others, and that the Warren Commission was correct in its original findings. Reviews of his opinions and that of his book received front page coverage throughout mainstream media. Frontline produced a 2 hour "documentary" on Posner's claims which failed to offer opposing views by other Kennedy assassination investigators/authors to refute or take issue with Posner's position. In 1997, on the 50 year anniversary of the Roswell, New Mexico UFO Crash of 1947, the government offered up a high ranking Air Force officer to make an utter fool of himself on national TV (CNN) by stating that the so called "bodies" of aliens beings-which were recovered from the Roswell crash-were "in fact" really only test dummies that the Air Force had sent aloft to see how they would fare under crash conditions. This orchestrated and staged press conference had already stated that the dummies were deployed in 1954. When one reporter asked this Air Force officer what the connection was between a 1954 test of crash dummies and the 1947 Roswell UFO crash, the stunned officer could only mumble that apparently "time compression" had "taken place". It was a Golden Moment for those of us who rail against the unending stream of lies and unmitigated deception fostered upon the American public by the (corportate/Illuminati controlled) mainstream media and government spokesmen. [Update January 2002]: The party line from chemtrail debunkers has changed over the past 3 years. Early on, chemtrail disinformation artists wanted the public to think that chemtrails were really just ordinary contrails that were persisting longer than usual due to changing atmospheric conditions and similar tripe. Later, when the persistent contrail theme had worn too thin, debukers needed to create some sort of logical excuse for chemtrails, so they began to peddle the aerial immunization against 'terrorists' biologicals or solar wind "protection" gambit. Lately, the current unofficial party line seems to be 1. protection of the ozone layer, 2. secret military radar blanketing technology, 3. aerosol 'vaccinations' of some sort and 4. some vague reference to 'protection from aliens' (??? you got me). Debunkers will usually offer themselves as experts or authorities on chemtrails and will always give you a 80-90% dose of real info layered in with their hidden propaganda message. Another trait I've noticed from debunkers is the the sheer volume of their presentation coupled with a lot of technical jargon, scientific looking graphs and pictures to bolster the image of scientific validity and depth of investigation. But if you read their 'reports' carefully enough, you can spot the party line-loud and clear. Lastly, debunkers will always yell "fraud" the loudest for those articles and authors who hit closest to home where truth is concerned. A good place to start honing your discernment skills is with the highly circulated and often referenced "Chemtrails Report". It is a text book example of the current state of the art in disinformaiton. Do not assume that you are helpless to do anything I've photographed chemtrails in my area on many occasions and I've been breathing the fallout from these sprayings right along with everyone else, but I haven't come down with any symptoms or discomfort yet. If you build up (or possess) your immunity to a high enough level, you can resist most any pathogen. There are numerous ways in which people can improve their self defense by learning how to boost immunity. What to do: Prepare by building up your immune system. A sufficiently strengthened immune system can withstand a far greater biological assault than the designers of these highly virulent "killer microbes" would have the world believe. It's important to remember that ANY lethal biological organism, whether it be a virus, bacteria, fungus, or parasite, has to replicate itself in your body in order to harm you. This includes those weapons grade 'super killer microbes' that Russia, the United States., Israel, Iraq, China, and other countries have developed. The conventional orthodox method to acquire protection against a deadly organism is to administer a vaccine that is specifically tailored with inactivated microbes of the killer bug or fragments of its protein shell. The body produces antibodies against this specific antigen and provides immunity in the event of exposure. Undoubtedly, the designers of these killer bugs and members of the elite who are "inside the loop" have already been vaccinated for their protection. BUT, there are other ways to acquire protection, that the rest of us can utilize. As stated elsewhere on this site, a sufficiently strengthened immune system can withstand practically any biological assault. Even if you did nothing else to improve your immunity (and you should), colloidal silver will substantially increase your germ fighting capabilities since no bug, even a bioengineered one, can develop a resistance to its germicidal action. By William Thomas with Erminia Cassani http://educate-yourself.org/ct/ctarticle12.shtml April 21, 1999 VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada, April 21, 1999 (ENS) - As unmarked tanker-type aircraft continue spraying sky-obscuring chemtrails over regions of the U.S. and Canada, this writer and American journalist Erminia Cassani have obtained laboratory tests of fully-documented samples of aerial fallout. The samples were tested by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) licensed facility. The two samples were taken from aluminum-sided structures in separate states nearly a year apart after their respective owners went outside in the wake of low-flying aircraft to find dwellings and outbuildings splattered with a brown, gel-like substance. Trained in the health sciences, Cassani carefully took samples from the second incident which occurred at 2:00 pm on November 17, 1998. The samples were taken from property directly under the flight approach path to Thomasville airport, an old airport once used for commercial flights but now used only for small planes. However, the woman whose house and property the sample substance fell upon, observed that military aircraft have recently been using this airport for "test runs" circling the immediate area and returning to the Thomasville airfield. This facility is located a 45 minutes drive from the Harrisburg International Airport in Pennsylvania. Noting nearby military hangars filled with big helicopters, Cassani videotaped a house splattered on all sides, as well as the driveway. The reporter also interviewed a man living near the main runway who claimed that a similar goo had hit his house the previous October. Cassani became ill with flu-like symptoms and was sick for four days after obtaining the sample. When a marine biologist at a nearby university started working with the gel material, he too immediately developed upper respiratory symptoms. The woman whose house had been struck also caught the"flu." Two weeks before Christmas 1998 she suffered a heart attack. Coliform tests by the state Department of Health were negative. But when the university Ph.D. biologist turned his microscope to high power, he found the glass slide teeming with a protozoan life form he said was "very resilient to very cold temperatures." The laboratory staff who eventually received our sample for a complete analysis had never seen cell cultures bloom so fast. Cell cultures normally take several days to grow; ours flowered into brilliant colors within 48 hours of being placed in petri dishes. Exclaiming that, "It was all over the plate," the biologist who examined our first sample wanted to know where we had obtained this "bio-hazard" material. No markers for jet fuel were evident. But the TNT and fuel-eating Pseudomonas fluorescens found in our sky sample is listed in 163 Pentagon patents for bioremediation. Sometimes employed against oil spills, Pseudomonas fluorescens can consume jet fuel as a primary food source. This bacteria can cause upper respiratory illness and serious blood infections in humans. Unlike P. flourescens, the streptomyces present in our sample is rarely found in outdoor samples. Used to make several antibiotics, this fungus can cause severe infections in humans. Also isolated in our sample was a fluorescent-type of bacteria found in distant coral reefs, which can be used as a "marker" in lab tests. Another bacillus contained a "restriction enzyme" used in research laboratories to "restrict" or cut DNA material for transfer to other organisms. A computer search for this usually benign bacteria turned up Streptomyces and P. flourescens on the same reference page - as well as the American Type Tissue Culture Corporation. U.S. Senate documents show that this Maryland company made at least 72 shipments of germ warfare cultures to Saddam Hussein's scientists between October 1984 and October 1993. Our second sample was obtained from the U.S. eastern seaboard after Cassani tracked down a woman whose house, barn, cars, lawn and driveway were covered by a similar brown gel on January 17, 1998. This homeowner noticed planes making "tic-tac-toe clouds" and "weird designs" in the sky before the goo fell - possibly from clogged spray nozzles. She had been at church while neighbors watched a large aircraft circling so low it rattled windows and almost hit a barn, before climbing toward a disused commercial airfield recently renovated for military flights. When the homeowner took a scraping into the local lab, she was told of similar incidents in the vicinity. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dismissed the substance - which resisted power-washing and months of weathering - as "corn meal." But despite being stored for a year at room temperature, our EPA registered lab found this second batch of dried-out gel teeming with the same bacilli present in our more recent sample. Streptomyces was again found, as well as a bacteria capable of causing a painful ear infection. Three other molds in this second sample included a "black yeast" stockpiled by the U.S. Army as a "bioremediation organism" that thrives on TNT and petroleum spills. This black yeast can also cause a nasty upper respiratory infection - as Cassani discovered when her left lung became painfully infected with black mold that could have come from the sample she handled. We decided to withhold the name of our testing facility after an environmental lab in Ohio was besieged by calls from a militia organization claiming that a jet fuel additive identified by Aqua Tech Environmental Inc. was part of a conspiracy to cull the population. Larry Harris brought the controversial sample to Aqua Tech for analysis. A registered microbiologist who once worked on top U.S. biowarfare projects, Harris says that a lab technician immediately identified his sample as JP-8 aviation fuel similar to dozens of samples being brought in by sick pilots and ground crew. But after the harassing phone calls began, another chemtrails investigator who was with Harris when he submitted the fuel sample to Aqua Tech told ENS that the "lab went cold" and would no longer confer with them. A copy of Aqua Tech's report on Harris' sample has been obtained by this reporter. Submitted on September 17, 1997 and labeled "Jet Fuel," lab report number MEL 97-1140 identifies more than 15 toxic petroleum products - including toulene and styrene, as well as traces of the banned pesticide ethylene dibromide (EDB). Currently used as a JP-8 jet fuel additive, EDB was banned by the EPA in the late 1970s as a known carcinogen capable of causing severe upper respiratory reactions at repeated low-level exposures. Harris charges that Aqua Tech altered its test results to "almost undetectable amounts" of EDB in order to fend off crackpots, protect government contracts and discredit his investigation. Aqua Tech insists its report is accurate. Despite efforts to protect her identity, our own friendly biologist turned edgy and cold after finding few references to our toxic samples in medical books or Internet databanks. When Cassani suggested that this lack of information seemed strange, the microbiologist laughed uneasily and said, "Well, the whole thing is strange, the samples, where they came from. So I'm not surprised." Similar encounters with a gel clinging tenaciously to porches, pick-up trucks and patrol cars have been reported across the USA - from Arizona's remote Mogollon rim to Aptos and Fresno, California and North Seattle, Washington. The most publicized incident occurred in August, 1994, when gelatinous globs began raining on Oakville, Washington about 80 miles southeast of Seattle. After local residents became sick with vertigo, lethargy and severe shortness of breath, a lab technician found human white blood cells in the sky goo. At the Washington State Department of Health, registered microbiologist Mike McDowell also discovered the sample swarming with Pseudomona flourescens and Enterobacter cloacae. Serratia marcescens was found in yet another gel sample obtained in Idaho in late March, 1999. Often causing upper respiratory infections resulting in pneumonia, Serratia marcescens was sprayed into the New York subway system in 1953, and over Dorset, England from early 1966 to 1971 by the military in both countries. Serratia marcescens was supposedly withdrawn as a biological warfare stimulant in the 1970s when this infectious agent was eemed too hazardous for use on friendly "test populations." E. coli, Serratia marcescens, and Bacillus glogigii were sprayed over UK population centers to stimulate biowarfare attacks in the 1960s and 1970s, the London Telegraph reported in May of 1998. All three agents can cause disease in humans including pneumonia and chest infections. According to recent admissions by the British Defense Ministry, a Canberra jet bomber was modified with spray tanks to "act as a spray aircraft for research into defence against biological warfare." Microscopic examination of spider web-like fallout obtained in Sallisaw, Oklahoma in October, 1997 also turned up enterobacteria, which can cause gastrointestinal illness. Despite these findings, microbiologists caution that the Oakville, Idahoand Sallisaw samples could have been contaminated by "background" bacteria present in the soil. Experimental lab material found in our samples remains unexplained. As outbreaks of staph, recurrent pneumonia and meningitis continue to be reported in hospitals by newspapers across the USA, Cassani and I note that staph-related organisms turning up in test samples of airborne spray can cause pneumonia and meningitis. THE U.S. CONSPIRACY - THE FEDERAL RESERVE by Henry C.K. Liu Even though most of the stock in Hamilton's bank was privately owned by some of his associates in New York, it was called the Bank of the United States. This led people to assume it was a government bank. THE SAME TRICK WAS USED IN 1913 WHEN A GROUP OF BANKERS CALLED THEIR CONSORTIUM OF FINANCIAL POWER THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM. Jefferson considered the whole scheme an unconstitutional threat to the basic fabric of the American civilization. He prophesied: "If the American people allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation, and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their father s occupied. "The issuing power of money should be taken from the banks and restored to Congress and the people to whom it belongs." Dissatisfaction with the First Bank of the United States resulted in its charter expiring in 1811. However, the financial pressures of the War of 1812 resulted in demands for another central bank. The Second Bank of the United States went into operation in 1816 with the U.S. government owning only 5% of the stock. The bank fulfilled its basic function during a period of relative prosperity and was popular with many people. However, President Jackson saw this small body of powerful bankers gradually building a FINANCIAL KINGDOM at the expense of the American people and so he vetoed the act which would have extended the life of the bank with a new charter. Stockholders of the bank never forgave him for that. Nevertheless, the fiscal policies of Andrew Jackson resulted in the GOVERNMENT GETTING COMPLETELY OUT OF DEBT. He even ended up with a surplus of $35 million. Jackson made $28 million available to the various States as "loans." There had never been anything like it before and certainly nothing like it since. [YOU MAY NOTE GELLES' PLAN FOR A NO-TAX, NO FEDERAL DEBT, SAVINGS BASED GROWTH ECONOMY ALSO LENDS AND GIVES LOCAL GOVERNMENT WHAT IT NEEDS TO ENSURE LOCAL ECONOMIC SUCCESS.] When the Civil War broke out the new President found the treasury empty and payments in gold had been NECESSARILY suspended. Since supplies were desperately needed to mobilize and equip the Union Army, he appealed to the banks for loans. At that time there were 1600 banks chartered by 29 different States and altogether they were issuing 7,000 different bank notes. To the shocked amazement of President Lincoln, these banks demanded 28% annual interest for any loans granted to the Federal Government in this hour of crisis. Lincoln immediately induced the Congress to let him borrow from the American tax payers without interest. This was done by having Congress authorize the issuing of Government notes (called Greenbacks) promising to pay "on demand" the amount shown on the face of the note. These notes were not issued as "dollars" but as promissory notes authorized under the borrowing power of the Constitution. As the notes were gradually turned in for payment of taxes it allowed the government to pay off these notes in an orderly way without interest. Undoubtedly these notes helped Lincoln save the Union. Lincoln wrote: "...we finally accomplished it and gave to the people of this Republic the greatest blessing they ever had --their own paper to pay their own debts." But the banks retaliated and open hostilities were launched against Lincoln's Greenbacks. By a variety of devious techniques, the Congress was induced to pass several bills which seriously distorted everything the President was trying to accomplish. Circumstances finally forced him to issue bonds which the banks could buy with depreciated Greenbacks and then charge the Government substantial interest rates on the bonds. [Gelles comment: Assuming greenbacks are not indexed to hold value against inflation, paying interest to compensate for loss of value seems necessary.] Even Chase, the Secretary of the Treasury joined the Bankers in their demand that the power to issue the nation's money be returned to them. In 1863, the Congress capitulated under the pressure of Wall Street and authorized the setting up of a privately-owned system of National Banks. Each bank was given virtually tax-free status and was allowed to print money. By 1939 there were 14,348 National Banks. After the end of the Civil War and Lincoln's death, the major banking interests JOCKEYED the economy back and forth in a series of boom and bust disasters that finally set the stage for THE BIGGEST COUP OF ALL, THE CREATION OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM. The circumstances which created the climate for the U.S. adoption of a European-type central bank IN THE GUISE OF the Federal Reserve System, evolved in an atmosphere of intrigue, political manipulation and a FABRICATED economic crisis. The war on Wall Street which spread economic devastation across the nation during 1907-1908 was the direct result of one huge money trust trying to cannibalize its competition. The Rockefeller interests of "Amalgamated Copper" set out to destroy the Heinze combination which owned Union Copper Company. By cleverly manipulating the stock market, the Rockefeller faction drove down Heinze stock in Union Copper from 60 to 10. The rumor was then spread that not only Heinze Copper but also the Heinze banks were folding under Rockefeller pressure. J.P. Morgan joined the Rockefeller enclave to announce that he thought the Knickerbocker Trust Company would be the first Heinze bank to go. Depositors stormed the tellers' cages of the Knickerbocker Bank to get their money. Within a few days the bank was forced to close its doors. Similar fear spread to other Heinze banks and then to the whole banking world. The crash was on. Millions of people were sold out and rendered homeless. The destitute and hungry shifted for themselves as best they could. Circulating money was hoarded by any who happened to get some, so before long a viable medium of exchange became practically nonexistent. Many business concerns began printing IOU's on small pieces of paper and exchanging these for raw materials as well as giving them to their workers for wages. These "tokens" passed around as a temporary medium of exchange. At this critical juncture, J.P. Morgan offered to salvage the last Heinze bank (Trust Company of America) if it would turn over to him for merely a pittance of its true worth, the fabulously valuable Tennessee Coal and Iron Company in Birmingham. Morgan wished to add this to the U.S. Steel Company which he had purchased from Andrew Carnegie This arrangement violated the anti-trust laws but in the prevailing climate of crisis, the proposed transaction was approved in Washington. At this point J.P. Morgan told his partners he was intrigued by the "tokens" of paper or printed IOU's which various business houses were being allowed to circulate as a medium of exchange. He sold Washington on the idea of letting him put out two-hundred million dollars in such "tokens" issued by one of the Morgan establishments. He said this flow of Morgan "certificates" might get the economy going again. Approval was granted and as these new forms of Morgan "money" began circulating, the public regained its confidence so that hoarded money began to circulate again as well. Morgan never forgot how exciting it was to circulate 200 million dollars in "certificates" creating out of nothing more than his own "corporate credit" and the formal approval of Washington. Here was a superb device to make millions. In the mind of J.P. Morgan, the seeds for the Federal Reserve System had been sown. On the surface J.P. Morgan seemed to have saved the day -- like throwing a child in the river and then being lionized for saving him. No one was more fascinated with the new heroic image of Mr. Morgan than Woodrow Wilson. In the early 1900's Woodrow Wilson had gained a tremendous reputation as a writer and educator. People listened to him. He had founded the department of political science at Princeton. In fact, his philosophy of political science permeated universities all across the nation and to a large extent still represents the prevalent view today. Wilson reflected a strong criticism of what some called the "archaic nature" of the American system of government and the necessity of getting stronger administrative control over the affairs of the people. Wilson was very critical of the Founders' Constitutional concepts. Wilson wrote: "All this trouble (the 1907 depression) could be averted if we appointed a committee of six or seven public-spirited men like J.P. Morgan to handle the affairs of our country." Although, reputed to be a great spokesman for "democracy", Woodrow Wilson actually had a powerful instinct for the further strengthening of centralized power. Morgan liked what Wilson was saying. Soon after Wilson became President of Princeton University, Morgan interests began encouraging him to enter the political arena. By 1910, he found himself winning the election for Governor of New Jersey. In 1912, these same forces pushed Wilson into the Presidency of the United States. By 1908, J.P. Morgan was already working through his wealthy friend, Senator Nelson Aldrich of Rhode Island, to establish a private central banking system similar to those operating in Europe. Mr. Morgan could not forget the exhilarating satisfaction of printing and circulating millions of dollars worth of "certificates" merely on Morgan's corporate "credit." It was even better than the schemes of the goldsmith -bankers. Meanwhile, public pressure was making increased demands for a plan to eliminate Wall Street control and exploitation of the economy. Accordingly, Morgan's friend, Senator Adlrich, had arranged to have himself made the chairman of the National Monetary Commission. Congress assigned this Commission the task of studying the United States monetary system and making recommendations of ways to improve it. The Commission promptly took off for Europe and after spending $300,000 returned to write 20 massive volumes extolling the advantages of Europe's central banking system. This report was barely published when there arrived on the scene none other than Paul Warburg whose brother, Max Warburg, was in charge of the Reichsbank, the privately-owned central bank of Germany. Paul Warburg came well-financed by the Rothschild family and they bought him a partnership in the Rothschild-dominated firm of Kuhn, Loeb and Company. Paul Warburg immediately associated himself with other Wall Street financial leaders as well as Senator Nelson Aldrich. Then he began circulating all over the country lecturing to universities and business organizations. He emphasized the absolute necessity of setting up a new national banking system which would prevent Wall Street from putting the nation through those devastating "boom and bust" cycles as it had in the past. He promised that the new system he had in mind would really "clip the wings" of the big bankers On November 22, 1910, a private railroad car pulled out of the station at Hoboken, New Jersey, with some notable people aboard. Others joined the meeting later. They met at the J.P. Morgan estate on Jekyll's Island, Georgia. This secret meeting included Senator Nelson Aldrich, A.P. Andrews, professional economist and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury who had traveled with Aldrich to Europe, Frank Vanderlip, President of t he National Bank of New York City, Harry P.Davidson, senior partner of the J.P. Morgan Company; Charles D. Norton, President of Morgan's First National Bank of New York; Paul Warburg, partner of the banking house of Kuhn, Loeb Company in New York; and lastly, Benjamin Strong of the J.P. Morgan Company central office in New York. After nine days, they had prepared a bill for Congress which was later submitted as "The Aldrich Plan." Five million dollars were pressured out of major banks to "educate" the Congress and the American people to accept the plan. The main resistance to the Plan came from the House of Representatives where an official investigation had revealed some of the ruthless operations of powerful financial interests on Wall Street and definitely fixed responsibility on Wall Street (especially Rockefeller and Morgan) for the crash of 1907-1908. With the tide of opposition rising, it was obvious that the Republicans were not going to be able to get the Aldrich plan adopted. Strategy then switched to influence the Democratic Party which immediately came up with an "alternate" plan to be called the Federal Reserve System. It was almost identical with the Aldrich Plan but with a different name. The next task was to defeat the Republican President, William Howard Taft, in the 1912 election and get a Democratic administration in power. Taft was popular, but opposed to the Aldrich Plan. The political strategy was therefore redesigned to induce another Republican, popular Teddy Roosevelt, to run on an independent ticket against Taft and thus divide the Republican Party. Two prominent Morgan officers, Fran Munsey and George Perkins, provided both the money and the strategy to help Roosevelt win Republican votes away from Taft. Meanwhile, George Harvey, President of the Morgan-controlled Harpers Weekly, and the Rockefeller money got behind Wilson. The Wilson team included Cleveland H.Dodge of Rockefellers' National City Bank, J. Ogden Armour, James Stillman, George F. Baker, Jacob Schiff, Bernard Baruch, Henry Morgenthau, and the publisher of the New York Times, Adolph Ochs. It is interesting that the Morgan officials who managed Teddy Roosevelt's campaign were also found to have put extensive money behind Wilson. As might have been expected, the strategy worked and Wilson was elected. When Woodrow Wilson took over the White House in 1913, he brought with him his Wall Street advisors including "Colonel" Edward Mandell House who is now known to have been the major policy-maker and manager of the entire Wilson administration. In his personal writings, House describes the pile-driver tactics that were used to force a bill through Congress which would authorize the setting up of the new Federal Reserve System as a privately-owned central bank. A strong element of deception surrounded the team involved in the promoting of this legislation. To begin with, the bill was simply the Aldrich Bill in new dress, something the Congress had already rejected. Secondly, the leading financiers of Wall Street went into a carefully orchestrated act of vehemently pretending to protest against the bill. In his autobiography, William McAdoo, Wilson's son-in-law, who became Secretary of the Treasury, says he was very impressed by the way the "bankers fought the Federal Reserve legislation --and every provision of the Federal Reserve Act -- with the tireless energy of men fighting a forest fire. They said it was populistic, socialistic, half-baked, destructive, infantile, badly conceived and unworkable." But Mr. McAdoo found that when he engaged these bankers in private conversation, he realized their opposition was merely a smokescreen to hide their true feelings. He wrote: "These interviews with bankers led me to an interesting conclusion. I perceived gradually, through all the haze and smoke of controversy, that the banking world was not really, as much opposed to the bill as it pretended to be. It was in this illusionary climate of Wall Street antagonism that Congress finally bit the bullet and took a chance on this new wonder-plan which promised to prevent depressions, stabilize the nation's money system and get Wall Street off the back of the American people. Congressman Charles Lindbergh of Minnesota whose son would later fly the Atlantic, raised a mighty voice of protest against the whole scheme, but the majority of the Congress were either too busy or too enamored with the promises of the new system to detect the SNARE. On December 22, 1913, with the prospects of the Christmas Holiday pressuring the Congress into final action before the session closed, the House voted 298 to 60 in favor of the new Federal Reserve System, and the Senate passed it 43 to 25. Had Thomas Jefferson, James Madison or Andrew Jackson been around, they would have no doubt started a second American revolution.
